1. Who handles your data

Kimura NFC, CNPJ 61.725.043/0001-29. For any matter about your data, including as data protection officer (LGPD), write to kimuranfc@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

Account: name, email and password (stored in protected form, never readable as text).

Orders: recipient name, CPF or CNPJ, phone, delivery address, items bought and payment status.

Plates: the nickname and destination you set, and QR code reads.

3. What we use it for

To create and maintain your account, process orders and payments, calculate shipping and issue the shipping label, show your plates and reads in the dashboard, and meet legal and tax obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the services the site needs to work: Stripe (payments), Melhor Envio and carriers (shipping and delivery), Supabase (database and sign-in) and the site's hosting provider. Some of these services store data outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by the LGPD. We do not sell your data.

5. Cookies

We only use essential cookies, such as the one that keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is saved only in your browser.

6. Plate reads

To show metrics in the dashboard, we record the date and time of each QR code read, without storing personal data about the person reading.

7. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while the account exists. Order data is kept for the period required by tax and consumer protection laws.

8. Your rights

You can ask for confirmation of and access to your data, correction, deletion, portability and information about sharing, and withdraw consent, as provided in article 18 of the LGPD. Write to kimuranfc@gmail.com.
