1. Right of withdrawal
For online purchases, you can withdraw within 7 calendar days of receipt, under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. The plates must be returned unused, with the double-sided tape not removed. We refund the amount paid, including the outbound shipping.
2. Defective products
If a plate arrives defective (for example, an unreadable QR code or an NFC chip that doesn't read), let us know within 90 days of receipt. We replace the plate or refund its value, with no shipping cost to you.
3. How to request
Write to kimuranfc@gmail.com with the order number, the plates' serial numbers and, for defects, a photo or video. We'll reply with the return instructions.
